Uncovering market-moving events and turning them into gains
Unconventional Wealth editor Aaron Gentzler shows you how to find wealth in unique places. He’s made money working on a cattle farm, as a plasterer, working on a road paving crew, and even for a company that did demolition work. Plus, he once worked for a tunneling and excavating company (yes, he worked as a ditch digger.)
He’s also worked as a librarian, which was a big switch from blowing things up. Then, after earning a Master’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, he spent two years as a college lecturer. He’s been inside and outside the system – from blue collar (in half a dozen trades) to the absolute pinnacle of academic success.
After his time spent teaching, he began his career in finance, first as a researcher and later as a writer, focusing on small caps and tech stocks. In time, he became disillusioned with stocks, just like you. He saw what he had worked to build fall victim to fees, lies, and empty promises.
That’s why he turned away from the investing methods advertised on TV, deciding instead to show you how to build lasting wealth using “unconventional” methods. From common sense moves you can take to grow your wealth to bizarre investigations into the world of antiques, collectibles, gold, diamonds, franchising, or how to start a business – Unconventional Wealth puts your future back in your hands.

Justice Litle, the editor of Strategic Wealth Report, has a truly global profile.
He has hiked glaciers in New Zealand… scuba dived with sharks off the Great Barrier Reef… had run-ins with the Czech mafia in Eastern Europe… surfed the waves of Central America… listened to bagpipes on the grounds of a Scottish castle at midnight… slept under the stars in the Australian outback… among other adventures.
An English and philosophy major, Justice’s journey into the markets began by way of a book on a friend’s dorm room floor. It was Investment Biker by Jim Rogers -- about Rogers’ investing trip around the world by way of motorcycle. After reading it, Justice was hooked.
Since then, Justice has lived and studied in Britain, the Czech Republic and Australia… traded equities and commodities for clients around the world (including a large Russian hedge fund)… been quoted in Reuters and The Wall Street Journal… headed a natural resource investment newsletter that won top honors from Hulbert Financial Digest two years running… managed his own private partnerships and investment funds… and more.
